Postal charges will apply to other items if delivery is required and we will contact you with details following ordering.

Our receptionists will contact you to set up an account if you have not ordered from us before.

Please note if you are not a registered client we will require a prescription for prescription medications from your own veterinary surgeon.

Following ordering our reception team will contact you to set up an account and arrange payment.

Orders received after 5.30pm up until 10am will be ready for collection after 2pm on the same day of request.

Orders received after 10am up until 12noon will be ready for collection after 4pm on the same day of request.

Orders received after 12noon up until 5.30pm will be ready for collection after 11am the following day of request.

Orders received Saturday morning ready for collection after 11am Monday.

All orders subject to stock availability.

Vaccines may take up to 48 hours.
